TEFly ("we") is operated by Harmanbir Kaur, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Contact: support@tefly.app.

What we collect

Your email, first name and a securely hashed password; your learning progress (completed lessons, quiz scores, flashcard levels, drafts you type in the app); XP, streak, league and badge data; your time zone (to count daily streaks). Drawings on practice boards stay only in your browser.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy or Stripe), which acts as the seller or processor. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your subscription status and a customer ID.

How we use it

To run your account, save your progress, show weekly leagues (your display name and weekly XP are visible to other learners in your league), send service emails (password resets, trial reminders), and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to run TEFly: hosting, email delivery and payments.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can update your name in Profile and delete your account at any time in Profile › Danger zone, which permanently erases your data. For any other request, email support@tefly.app.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Payment records are kept by our payment partner as required by law.

Children

TEFly is intended for learners aged 16 and over.
